Our Core Promise

SnapPDF.io processes all PDF files entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not have access to, store, or process your PDF content in any way.

What We Collect

Account Information

If you create an account, we store your email address, name, and profile picture (if provided via Google OAuth). This is used solely for authentication and account management.

Usage Data

We track the number of tool operations performed per day to enforce free tier limits. We record which tool was used and when, but never any information about the files themselves.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. We only store a reference ID to your Stripe customer account.

What We Don't Collect

  • Your PDF files or their contents
  • File names, metadata, or page contents
  • Browser fingerprints
  • Third-party analytics or tracking cookies

How to Verify

You can verify our privacy claims by opening your browser's Developer Tools (F12), navigating to the Network tab, and using any of our PDF tools. You will see that no file data is transmitted to any server.

Data Storage

Account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will remove all your information within 30 days of your request.
