Service Description

SnapPDF.io provides browser-based PDF manipulation tools including merging, splitting, compressing, and rotating PDF files. All file processing occurs client-side in your web browser.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapPDF.io only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
• Use the service to process files that contain illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service in a way that could damage or impair its availability

Free and Pro Plans

Free users are limited to 3 operations per day. Pro subscribers ($7/month) receive up to 500 operations per day under our Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Fair Use Policy

Pro plan usage is subject to a fair use limit of 500 operations per day. This limit is designed to accommodate all normal individual use while protecting our infrastructure from automated or scripted abuse. "Operations" include any PDF processing action such as merging, splitting, compressing, or rotating.

If you consistently need more than 500 operations per day, please contact us to discuss enterprise options. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed fair use limits or show patterns of automated usage, including but not limited to:

• Scripted or programmatic access to the service
• Sharing a single account across multiple users or organizations
• Using the service as a backend for another application

Payments and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapPDF.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Since processing happens in your browser, results may vary based on your device and browser capabilities.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapPDF.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
